What is transformational change?

Transformational change is the deep, sustained shift in how an organisation behaves, thinks, and communicates, from the inside out.

It’s about understanding that conditioning and beliefs inform attitudes, feelings and behaviours, and that when you have good working relationships and proper conversations you can massively improve your culture and performance.

People who lead and influence in this way can build a shared direction, where work is clear and meaningful for teams. People are committed to delivering a high standard of work, and both increased accountability and performance is the result.

This means listening, creating a safe space for honest feedback, and learning how to talk differently. It’s not difficult work, but it’s hard work. When leaders believe change is possible and know how to have the right conversations, that’s when it takes hold.
